Returns & Exchanges
At Buttonscarves, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If your item is damaged or incorrect, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order, provided it is in its original condition with tags attached.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Service
Reach out to our dedicated support team via WhatsApp or email with your order ID and a clear photo or video of the product issue.
- 2.Approval & Form Completion
Once your request is validated, our team will provide a Return Authorization Form which you must fill out and include inside your return package.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and ship them to the Buttonscarves warehouse address provided by our support team.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Resolution
After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your exchange or store credit refund within 3-5 business days.
